Rally Omloop van Vlaanderen third round of the Belgian Rally Championship and fourth round of the Tour European Rally (TER) which featured a large number of registered drivers mainly in the Rally2 category.

The victory was for the Belgian Ghislain de Mevius (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo), closely followed in second by Vincent Verschueren (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5) and the last podium position was for Adrian Fernémont (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo).

Just 1.5 seconds to the podium finished Grégoire Munster (Hyundai i20 R5), fifth Kris Princen (Citroën C3 Rally2), sixth Pieter Cracco (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo), seventh Gunther Monnens (Porsche 991 GT3), eighth Nicola Stampaert (Ford Fiesta R5)...

In TER Vincent Verschueren (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5) was the winner, second Adrian Fernémont (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo) and third Bert Coene (Ford Fiesta R5).

In the TER 2WD victory and title for the Spanish Edgar Vigo (Peugeot 208 Rally4)

In the TER Production the first was Tuur Vanden Abeele (Porsche 997 GT3).

The next round of the Belgian Rally Championship will be the East Belgian Rally (24-25/09/2021) and in the TER will be in Romania in the Transylvania Rally (23-25/09/2021).

Rally Omloop van Vlaanderen tercera prueba del Campeonato Belga de Rallyes y cuarta prueba del Tour European Rally (TER) que contó con un gran número de pilotos inscritos sobre todo de la categoría Rally2.

La victoria fue para el belga Ghislain de Mevius (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo), seguido muy de cerca en segunda posición por Vincent Verschueren (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5) y la última posición del podio fue para Adrian Fernémont (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo).

A tan sólo 1.5 segundos del podio finalizó el luxemburgués Grégoire Munster (Hyundai i20 R5), quinto Kris Princen (Citroën C3 Rally2), sexto Pieter Cracco (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo), séptimo Gunther Monnens (Porsche 991 GT3), octavo Nicola Stampaert (Ford Fiesta R5)...

Rally Omloop van Vlaanderen terza prova del Campionato Belga di Rallyes e quarta prova del Tour European Rally (TER) che ha avuto un gran numero di piloti iscritti soprattutto della categoria Rally2.

La vittoria è stata per il belga Ghislain di Mevius (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo), seguita da vicino in seconda posizione da Vincent Verschueren (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5) e l'ultima posizione del podio è stato per Adrian Fernémont (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo).

The Belgian Thierry Neuville (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC) wins the rally at home and gives Hyundai the second victory of the season after Ott Tänak in the Artic Rally. After a bad year today was a day of celebration for the Hyundai team because they made a double. Victory and second place for the Irish Craig Breen (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC). Third was the first Toyota driven by the young Finnish driver Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota Yaris WRC).

Close to the podium were the Toyotas of the British Elfyn Evans (Toyota Yaris WRC) and the French Sébastien Ogier (Toyota Yaris WRC). Sixth and long distance due to a puncture ended the Estonian Ott Tänak (Hyundai i20 Coupe).

The Power Stage was held at the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit with victory for Ott Tänak (+5 points), Sébastien Ogier (+4 points), Thierry Neuville (+3 points). It was a very complicated and bumpy rally. With special mention to the accidents of Adrien Fourmaux (Ford Fiesta WRC), Takamoto Katsuta (Toyota Yaris WRC) and Pieter Tsjoen (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5).

At WRC2 only two cars completed the rally, the victory was for the finish Jari Huttunen (Hyundai i20 N Rally2) and the russian Nikolay Gryazin (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5). Oliver Solberg (Hyundai i20 N Rally2) led much of the rally but in Sunday’s opening stage he had to retire due to an electrical failure.

In WRC3 victory for the French Yohan Rossel (Citroën C3 Rally2) followed by the Belgians Pieter Cracco (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo) who was second and Vincent Verschueren (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5) was third.

In JWRC the winner was the British Jon Armstrong (Ford Fiesta Rally4), second the Finnish Sami Pajari (Ford Fiesta Rally4) and third the Estonian Robert Virves (Ford Fiesta Rally4).

The next WRC round will be in Greece at the Acropolis Rally (09-12/09/2021).

El belga Thierry Neuville (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC) gana en el rally de casa y le da la segunda victoria de la temporada a Hyundai después de la de Ott Tänak en el Artic Rally. Después de un mal año hoy ha sido un día de celebración para el equipo Hyundai porque han hecho un doblete. Victoria y segunda posición para el irlandés Craig Breen. Tercero ha sido el primer Toyota pilotado por el joven finlandés Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota Yaris WRC).

Cerca del podio han estado los Toyotas del británico Elfyn Evans (Toyota Yaris WRC) y el francés Sébastien Ogier (Toyota Yaris WRC). Sexto y a mucha distancia debido a un pinchazo ha finalizado el estonio Ott Tänak (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC).

La Power Stage se celebró en el mítico circuito de Spa-Francorchamps con victoria para Ott Tänak (+5 puntos), Sébastien Ogier (+4 puntos), Thierry Neuville (+3 puntos). Ha sido un rally muy complicado y accidentado. Con especial mención a los accidentes de Adrien Fourmaux (Ford Fiesta WRC), Takamoto Katsuta (Toyota Yaris WRC) y Pieter Tsjoen (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5).

En WRC2 sólo han completado el rally dos coches, la victoria ha sido para el finlandés Jari Huttunen (Hyundai i20 N Rally2) y segundo el ruso Nikolay Gryazin (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5).
Oliver Solberg (Hyundai i20 N Rally2) lideró gran parte del rally pero en el primer tramo del domingo ha tenido que abandonar por un fallo eléctrico.

En WRC3 victoria para el francés Yohan Rossel (Citroën C3 Rally2) seguidos por los belgas Pieter Cracco (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo) que fue segundo y Vincent Verschueren (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5) tercero.

Il belga Thierry Neuville (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC) vince al rally di casa e dà la seconda vittoria della stagione a Hyundai dopo quella di Ott Tänak all'Artic Rally. Dopo un brutto anno, oggi è stato un giorno di festa per il team Hyundai perché hanno fatto un doppio. Vittoria e seconda posizione per l'irlandese Craig Breen (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC). Terzo è stata la prima Toyota pilotata dal giovane finlandese Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota Yaris WRC).

Vicino al podio sono stati i Toyoti del britannico Elfyn Evans (Toyota Yaris WRC) ed il francese Sébastien Ogier (Toyota Yaris WRC). Sesto e a grande distanza a causa di una foratura ha completato l'estone Ott Tänak (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC).

Fastest in the shakedown was the Belgian driver Thierry Neuville (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC), second the Estonian Ott Tänak (Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC) and third the French Sébastien Ogier (Toyota Yaris WRC).

Fourth was the Britain Elfyn Evans (Toyota Yaris) and fifth was the Finish Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota Yaris).

Among the Rally2 the fastest was the Finish Jari Huttunen with the new Hyundai i20 N Rally2, second the Finish Teemu Suninen (Ford Fiesta Rally2) and third the norwegian Oliver Solberg (Hyundai i20 N Rally2).

Quarto era il britannico Elfyn Evans (Toyota Yaris WRC) e quinto il finlandese Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota Yaris WRC).

After the Rally of Estonia, the eighth round of the WRC arrives in Belgium at the Ypres Rally Belgium, a rally that many of you know about since it has belonged to the ERC for many years. It is a very fast rally and its greatest difficulty are the narrow roads and the numerous crossings.

The entry list is very good we have 37 Rally2 ´s vehicles divided between the WRC2 and WRC3 categories. In the WRC we have 10 vehicles, in Hyundai there will not be the Spanish Dani Sordo and will be the Irish Craig Breen, in M-Sport will be the French Adrien Fourmaux, while the Finish Teemu Suninen will be but witth a Ford Fiesta Rally2.

Without forgetting the Belgian drivers who will fight with the regular drivers of the championship especially in WRC3.

Tras el Rally de Estonia la octava cita del WRC llega a Bélgica al Ypres Rally Belgium, un rally que muchos de vosotros conoceis ya que ha pertenecido durante muchos años al ERC. Es un rally muy rápido y su mayor dificultad son los caminos estrechos y los numerosos cruces.

La lista de inscritos es muy buena tenemos 37 vehículos Rally2 divididos entre la Categoría WRC2 y WRC3. Entre los WRC tenemos 10 vehículos, en Hyundai no estará el español Dani Sordo y ocupará su lugar el irlandés Craig Breen, en M-Sport estará el francés Adrien Fourmaux, mientras que el finlandés Teemu Suninen estará con un Ford Fiesta Rally2.

Sin olvidarse de los pilotos belgas que lucharán con los pilotos habituales del campeonato sobretodo en WRC3.

Dopo il Rally di Estonia l'ottavo appuntamento del WRC arriva in Belgio all'Ypres Rally Belgium, un rally che molti di voi conoscete già da molti anni appartiene all'ERC. È un rally molto veloce e la sua maggiore difficoltà sono le strade strette e i numerosi incroci.

L´elenco di iscritti è molto buono abbiamo 37 veicoli Rally2 divisi tra la categoria WRC2 e WRC3. Tra i WRC abbiamo 10 veicoli, a Hyundai non ci sarà lo spagnolo Dani Sordo e prenderà il suo posto l'irlandese Craig Breen, a M-Sport ci sarà il francese Adrien Fourmaux, mentre il finlandese Teemu Suninen sarà con una Ford Fiesta Rally2.

Senza dimenticare i piloti belgi che combatteranno con i soliti piloti del campionato soprattutto in WRC3.

Adjusted victory for Kris Princen (Citroën C3 Rally2)  by just 1.6 seconds from Niels Reynvoet (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo), third was Sébastien Bedoret (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo).

Fourth was Vincent Verschueren (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5), fifth Pieter Tsjoen (Volkswagen Polo GTI R5), sixth Chris Van Woensel (Mitsubishi Lancer WRC 05), seventh Patrick Snijers (Porsche 997 GT3), eighth Andy Lefevere (Porsche 997 GT3), ninth Grégoire Munster (Hyundai i20 R5) and tenth Jeoffrey Lerminez (Ford Fiesta R5).

The Rally van Staden, which will be scoring for the championship in Flanders (Belgium), served as a test for several drivers who will compete next week in the WRC’s Ypres Rally Belgium.

Victoire serrée de Kris Princen (Citroën C3 Rally2) pour seulement 1.6 secondes contre Niels Reynvoet (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo), troisième a été Sébastien Bedoret (Škoda Fabia Rally2 evo).
